Taking down plaster on wall /ceiling of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble stone masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses built in CM and M & L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over stone masonary surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling loose / disintegrated portion of RCC chajjas bends shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dubbing out with PCC (1:1.5:3), 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surface of reinforcement, provision of necessary supports, form work and 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring of size 550mm x 550mm 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles, reflective type, in path 60 mm thick, ISI marked, M-35 grade of approved quality laid over & including 25 mm sand cusion vibrated with mechinical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description from sunken floor (ground floor or 1st floor) and removing & depositing materials exc.150 mtrs and not exc. 250 mtrs away complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mass concrete filling in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proofing compound on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composit compound and cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm & 2st layer @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.126kg/sqm complete with min 4 hours allowed air cure between these layers and applying 200 micron polyfilm with adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 15 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for refixing only 15mm bore old GI tubing to walls, ceiling or laid on floor including necessary cleanig, cutting, screwing and new fittings such as elbow, Tee, union, socket, reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China, wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including plastic white seat cover closed pattern with flat bootm and mild steel chromium plated hinge device including connections to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe anti- symphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable water closet (squatt pattern) and S & F Vitreous China, Squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580X440mm, white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) with chinaware ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe and making good the floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore provide with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm bore provide with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC floor trap 75 mm outlet with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair grating square/round of size 150mm of PTMT with centre hole or side hole (minimum weight 50gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110 mm single juction (Single T) (equal or unequal) provided with access door complete all as spd and directed.

All as per item No. 107.00 here-in-before but 75mm Single T
