Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall submit the Information on works for which Tenders have been submitted and works which are yet to be completed as on the date of this Tender. Existing commitments and on-going works:

Conditional LOC Line of Credit / Bankers Certificate shall not be Accepted and the tender bid shall be rejected.

The Defects Liability Period is minimum of 2 years from the date of completion of work

Any changes in the tender/addendum/corrigendum shall be published in the Eprocurement Portal Only

The work done certificates shall be attached issued by an Officer Not Below the Rank of Executive Engineer

The payments for the wok will be made depending upon the availability of funds.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The APS for Unbalanced Tenders as per circular no UDD 410 SaMaSA 2017 dated 20.02.2018 and GO No FD 456 Exp-12/2022 dated 10/08/2022
