Proper shutdown of 33 KV Line from both end moth substation and SPH. b. Noting down all connections of defective materials. c. Removal of channels, v cross arm, pin insulator and stray support etc. d. Removal of defective poles.
Replacement of 50 Nos. v cross arm, 15 Nos. pin insulator and 40 Nos. concrete works of poles for single line support Which shall include a. Replacement and connection of v cross arm. b. Replacement and connection of Pin Insulator. c. Concreting work for poles.
Replacement of 05 Nos. pin insulator,25 Nos. stay set, 12 Nos. disc insulators and 10 Nos. concrete works of poles for Double Pole Structure Which shall include a. Replacement and connection of Pin Insulator. b. Replacement and connection of disc Insulator. c. Concreting of stay support. d. Concreting work for poles.
Fixing of 02 Nos. Poles Which shall include a. Supply of 11 mtr Poles. b. Proper concreting of Poles.
Painting of 92 Nos. Poles and Cutting of trees & bushes along the line Scope of work: - a) Preparation of surface by applying metal putty on surfaces of Poles and bringing the surface to a smooth finish by dry & wet rubbing of surface with fine emery Paper. b) Painting of one coat of best quality red oxide primer on complete surface of Poles with spray painting machine. c) Painting of complete surface of Poles with two coats of best quality Aluminum paint with spray painting machine for proper completion of work. d) Cutting of all trees, bushes & climbers near 33KV line from SPH to Moth Substation. e) Loading and Shifting of all debris near poles of 33KV line from SPH to Moth Substation through tractor trolley to a suitable place for proper completion of work.
