Providing, preparing, and executing Madhubani-themed graffiti artwork on designated wall surfaces, including complete surface preparation by cleaning, scraping, washing, and smoothening with sandpaper; repairing minor cracks/undulations using approved exterior-grade putty; and applying one coat of premium exterior acrylic primer having UV stability and algal/fungal resistance. After drying of primer (minimum 6–8 hours), the artwork shall be executed incorporating traditional Madhubani motifs such as geometric borders, floral patterns, birds, fish, and mythological figures, rendered through a fusion of controlled linework and contemporary graffiti techniques. The painting shall be carried out using high-quality weather-resistant spray paints and exterior-grade acrylic colors, non-toxic and lead-free, conforming to relevant IS standards. The work shall include freehand detailing, stencil usage wherever required, sharp outlines, uniform color application, and gradients as per approved drawings and color palette. A final UV-resistant transparent protective coat (matte/satin) shall be applied to enhance durability and prevent fading. The item includes all materials, tools, scaffolding, masking/protection of adjoining surfaces, preparation of a 1 sqm sample panel for approval, and cleaning of the site complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
