PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five M.Sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of Gravel for basement in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:11/2:3 (One cement one and half M.Sand and three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Ground Floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. Complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and erecting CENTERING including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM & SILL BEAMS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

Casting and fixing of R.C.C. PRECAST SLABS of 50mm thickness in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four metal) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone metal including cost of reinforcement grill in position, cost of moulding and plastering the top side with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 10mm thick curing, finishing, etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PAINTING the wall surface with TWO COAT of Weather shield max exterior paint of the approved colour as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the departmental officers before us on work.)

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of White cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder, etc.,).

PAINTING the plastered surface using TWO COAT of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) / Acrylic Bound Distemper (ABD) as per the specification of approved colour to give an even shade at the internal walls OVER A PRIMING COAT including scrapping the surface, cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work).

Labour charges for finishing the flooring with hydraulic mechanical devices (paver finish) using power ramming and power finishing etc., Complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and laying of Cement Concrete interlocking blocks (TAMIN Paver Blocks) of required size of 80 mm thick including transporting for laying, ramming etc., Complete Complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, placing and erecting in position of required number of web 6300x600x8mm, Flange 6300x300x8mm, Stifiner/cleat 100x10mm, Base plate/Connecting plate 16mm thick and Bed bolt 1500x32mm Plate fabricated section for Truss and Columns with structural steel members like angle iron, MS plates for all truss including cleats to receive the purlins, all cutting, drilling holes, welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality, hoisting, aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rateis including the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate primer and necessary scaffolding charges at required height etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, placing and erecting in position required number of Purlin roof and side sheet using C-Purlin 200mmx75mmx20x2.75mm connect with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate is including the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate primer and necessary scaffolding charges at required height etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of colour metal roofing sheet of 0.50mm thickness special type (Galvanised sheet) for plate fabricated sections "A - TYPE" roofing including Rain water Gutter arrangement with approved brand quality including cost of necessary machine type screw, nut, cub washer, bitumen washer etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying , fabrication and fixing in position of wind driven industrial TURBO Roof Air Ventilators to exhaust hot air with a size of 24" dia and mounted on the industrial roofs without disturbing the structure and functioning minimal wind velocity including cost of all materials, conveyence and all labour charges for fixing in position at roof top. scoffolding charges if any required etc., complete complying with standard speciicatio nand as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of pre-painted galvanised iron (PPGL) fabricated Ventilator (Louvered type of size 2.13x1.22) using PPGL sheet of 2135 x 150 x 0.47mm thick- horizontal (11nos), 1250 x 120 x 0.47mm thick - vertical (2nos), 75 x 1250 x 0.47mm thick - vertical (4nos) with approved quality including cost of all materials, conveyence and all labour charges for fixing in position, scoffolding charges if any as required etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying laying and jointing of PVC PIPES of approved quality (Like Finolex or equivalent make) and best variety conforming to I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accssories necessary for fixing in position etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (4" Dia 4 Kg/cm2)

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COAT of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

Providing Two Legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts (or) best quality of bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.00m + 0.5 m projection + 0.50m up to ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete form using coirs and nails etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (For a height of second 2.50m above 3m )
