Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cu.cm including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Centering and shuttering for RCC work in plain surface including all cost and conveyence of all materials using mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25 mm x 3 mm

Supplying ,fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods and all RCC works including cost of GI binding wire etc.,complete.

R.C.C 1:1.5:3 using20 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15 cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x2 cm. of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed WPC etc. complete.

Providing the 25 mm thickness granolithic pattern floor finish with plan cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12 mm size hard broken grantle store jelly and the top rubbed smooth.

color washing using two coat best oil bound distember including cost of lime blue powder fevicol type gums brushes scaffolding harges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of plastic emulsion over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard.
