Job work for repair of tumbler machines 02 Nos installed at laundry plant at military hospital of GE(U) E/M Meerut Cantt

The following Job works are required to be carried out as repair of tumblor machines 02 Nos installed at Laundry plant at military hospital, of GE (U) E/M MEERUT CANTT :- (a) Dismantling/ taking down burnt squirrel Cage Induction Motor of 3.0 H.P capacity, 3 Phase, 415V, 900 RPM of any make from its base and transporting the motor to the Contractor's workshop and back, re fixing the motor at site after carrying out the following repairs/ renewals complete all as specified.-(i) opening the side covers and removing the rotor and cutting/ removing the burnt coils / winding from stator. (ii) Cleaning the slots carefully,(iii) Rewinding the stator using super enamelled copper winding wire (3 Kg @ 450.00 Rs =1,350.00 Rs ) with same size, number of coils, number of turns/ coils as per data acquired from the old burnt motor, including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor at site, (iv) Testing the coils for there continuity and no current passing through the stator core. ,(v) Dynamic testing of the rotor and alignment of the main shaft and ensure that no imbalance vibrations. (vi) Re-assembling the rotor and connecting the end terminals to the terminal plate of the motor, closing the ends with side covers ,(vii) Testing and commissioning the electric motor connecting to the electric supply to its full load by connecting the load.(viii) Renewal of Bolts, nuts and washers including new pulley key.(ix) Renewal of bearings Size 6204 ZZ-02 Nos. Note:- However filling of grease and oiling extra shall be deemed to be included in rates. Each Job- 01 (b) Supply & fixing of Single Phase Preventer VSP-2 / VSP-3/ VSP D-2 type, 415 V, TP, all as specified and directed by EIC (Make :- MINILEC/ L&T) Each Job -02 (c) Renewal of thrust bearing (size No 22210K) including bearing seat for prime mover shaft to transfer the movement with the help of pulleys & belts to spin the drier drum of the tumbler. complete as specified and directed Each Job -02 (d) Renewal of finned strip heater single phase strip/grill heater 2 KW suitable for Laundry plant including provision of nuts, bolts & washers etc all as specified and directed. Each Job -48 (e) Renewal of ‘ V’ Belts of size B- 94 complete all as specified. Each -04 (f) Renewal of ML4 type power Contactor, 3 pole, 415 V, 50Hz, with auxiliary Contact 2 NO+2NC suitable for Non-Inductive or Slightly Inductive ,Resistive Load (AC1- 100 Amps rating )/ Squirrel Cage Motor (AC3- 63 Amps rating ) to match with the existing complete all as specified. - Each -02 (g) Renewal of ML3 type power Contactor, 3 pole, 415 V, 50Hz, with auxiliary Contact 2 NO+2NC suitable for Non-Inductive or Slightly Inductive ,Resistive Load (AC1- 25 Amps rating )/ Squirrel Cage Motor (AC3- 25 Amps rating ) to match with the existing complete all as specified. Each - 02 (h) Renewal of forward and reverse timer with holding time interval 30 Sec. Each -02 (j) Transportation & Labour Charges - LS 01 Certificate :- (a) It is certified that the funds are available at Ch to 87/ 480/01. (b) Certified that the funds are available to meet the expenditure.
