B-List of items of work that are not covered under Southern

"Dismantling the Railways buildings not in use viz., staff quarters and service building at various locations as listed vide ANNEXURE-A and to clear and own the released materials out of it on as is where is basis as per special conditions and as directed by the Engineers representative. Note: The tenderer have to make their own arrangements at their cost for dismantling, loading the released following materials, transportation, filling debris at low levels as directed, leveling the ground, labour, safety precautions, security arrangements, clearing the debris, incidental charges etc., complete. Note: 1.The total bid amount thus quoted to be remitted to railways. The bid amount shall exclude cost of hidden RSJ/rails if any, all cost of labour, lead, lift, hire charges for tools and plant and machinery, fuel, consumables, safety and security measures, maintenance charges, taxes, incidental charges, etc., complete by the contractor. 2. All the released materials except hidden RSJ and rails released during dismantling as certified by Engineer in charge shall be moved by the 1 contractor. While dismantling, hidden rails/RSJ are noticed, the same should be removed, stacked and handed over to Railway at nominated locations as per inventory. 3. The successful bidder shall remit to the Railways 100% of bid amount with GST, other statutory levies, etc., within Fifteen days from the date of receipt of acceptance of the tender. 4. After payment of 100% of the bid amount with GST and other statutory levies, authorization letter will be issued to dismantle the buildings. After completion of dismantling gate passes will be issued for taking out the released materials from the Railway premises. 5. Details of staff quarters and service building to be dismantled vide Annexure 'A. 6. General instructions to the tenderer and special conditions and own to clear the specified released materials such as rails, wooden/iron doors, windows and cup boards including iron bars with frame and shutters, waste wood, Mangalore roofing tiles, Mangalore ceiling tiles, bricks, angles and channels, GI pipes and RCC with steel except hidden RSJ/rails) on as is where is basis. (The Unit ""each"" shall represent total number of units under Annexure ""A"") - Dismantling of condemned Staff quarters in various stations under Sr.DEN/West/MAS jurisdiction (listed vide annexure).
