Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:6) with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 3.00 above but with old brick obtained from demolition under item No.1 above complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, textured surfaces with high skid resistance, scratch resistant, impact resistant, joint free (edge cut) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick as in floors etc laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastic coated coloured chequered tiles of size 250x250x18-20mm thick laid over with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) of approved colour complete all as specified and directed

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, joint free (edge cut) coloured , 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exe 0.36 sqm, in floors etc laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match as in vertical surfaces laid over with and including 10 mm thick rendering for backing layer in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20mm thick as in dado, riser, steps and the likes laid over with and including rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x 7mm thick as in dado with and including 10mm thick rendering for bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for saw cutting the joints of concrete surfaces upto a depth of 25mm, making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 15mm, cleaning all loose paticle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free ) having 3 mm recess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tape, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
