MOTOR CONTROL PANEL FOR AC PLANT Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning for factory made (incl proto type being CPRI test certified) cubical type MV panel indoor type consisting of the 3 phase, 415 volt, 25 MVA rupturing capacity made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated of size 2000mmX2000mmX750mm (approx) conforming to IP-54, in door type including interconnection wiring (internal wiring with PVC insulated, copper conductor, FRLS cables IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm.), indicating lamps etc. The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. All the hardware used in fabrication of panel shall be galvanized with zinc passiveness. The scope of work includes the following:-
