Note: (i) The stage of preeration of roof surface shall be passed by Engr-in-charge in writing before carryout the WPT. (ii) Contractor shall carryout the sound test before WPT (for detecting of leaking) and after WPT (for checking any leaking) and test report duly accepted by Engr-in-charge shall be kept in record. (iii) If any leaking obsereved befor WPT contractor have be repair and make it leak proof with the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in any position and misc surfaces using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Material & Labour for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfacewith APP modified bitumenous membrane weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm comprising of the following:- [a] 10 mm thick rendering or screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3%by weight of cement and surface finished even & fair. [b] Applying one coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 Litre per Sqm on plastered surface. [c] Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm. [d] Providing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane having weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with 100 mm wide side or end lap and joint sealed with flamed torched pasted over full length [e] Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm. [f] Spread coarse sand over entire bitumen surface and than topping with 40mm thick 250x250x25mm tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 & joints shall be pointing with CM 1:3 complete. (g) Testing of No leakage seepage obsereved to be carried out with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and same kept in record.

M&L for applying a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system comprising of the following:- (i) Prepration of surface of sunken portion. (ii)One coat of glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as top coat @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement over base etc supply and apply a protection plaster (12–15 mm) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conforms to IS 2645. Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, and grinding any sharp edges including M&L for sealaing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces incl spout pipe 50mm dia. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in mass / filling concrete sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels or drains, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing steel rolling shutters of size n exc 5.0 Sqm each by taking down top cover, anchoring rod, spring etc and providing new springs and anchoring rod, replacing the worn out strips of shutters and welding of handle, hasp staple and other broken articles etc, greasing the spring, guide rail, shaft etc and making functional and errecting in position, including refixing of top cover / hood etc, opening n.exc. 10 Sqm each and finally painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified directed. Note: Anchoring rod, spring , wornout strips of shutters shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
