Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of cut stone slabs / RCC cover slabs including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for wall concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 40 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 20mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 32mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. Pre-cast slab 75mm thick of various size in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement, conveyance and fixing the slab etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, Two parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Four Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 3 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
