S&F welded wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia wire, weight not less than 1.37 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement fixing of wall with GI nails over the junction of RCC and brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions.Complete. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any . Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M & L Non skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8 mm thick of each tiles (Square / rectangular) exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed, Non skid ceramic tiles conforming to IS 13755 of grade B11 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe of 100mm bore in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel grating in ground shape 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick coba/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300X20mm thick (with grey cement and no pigment), set in neat cement slurry laid over terrace and roofs etc including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 (in separate process) mixed with integral water proofing compound etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP roof membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of 5 layer of water proofing system on leaking roof / wall by through surface preparation opening and filling of cracks, application of absorption coat of Thermacool WP51 application of two coats of elastomeric (thermacool WP51+ cement ) waterproofing layer and top coated with two coats of thermacool 0.3c elastomeric , waterproofing solar IR heat reflective coating having a min service life of 7 years, including taking down of old roof treatement ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M&L for application of 5 layer of water proofing system on leakage/seepage over top of chajjas by surface preparation opening and filling of cracks, application of absorption coat of Thermacool WP51 application of two coats of elastomeric (thermacool WP51+ cement ) waterproofing layer and top coated with two coats of thermacool 0.3c elastomeric , waterproofing solar IR heat reflective coating having a min service life of 7 years, including taking down of old treatement ,complete all as specified and directed.Note . (Rate inclusive of scaffolding at height upto 5th floor ) Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of Make M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOBOND) OR Fosroc (NITOBOND-SBR) OR equivalent brand of Dr. Fixit,as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.
