PART - A Renewal Work

WBM G-3 Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -3 as per technical specification clause 405 (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 including cost of bitumen (VG-10) (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508 including cost of bitumen(GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of bitumen (ii) (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads trasportion to site spreding grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical specification Clause 303.1 (3.14) (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable) For Patri work
