Operation, maintenance and running of Raw Water Pump House, filtration Unit, clear water pump House of 5 MGD at Water Treatment Plant in Sector-7, Bahadurgarh. Running, operation and maintenance of Raw Water Pump House, sludge Sump well of back wash motor consist of running of all machinery and Generator set including providing of 1 Nos. Electrician, consist of various jobs, preparation of quantity of Chemicals Solution & dozing the quantity of chemicals with the requirement of water as per directions of Lab-in-charge/ representative of Engineer – in – Charge. The contractor will have to employ the skilled operating staff for smooth running of machinery, running & operation of filtration unit also includes the running of Floculators, flash mixer, compressor for back wash, running operation of motor for lifting the water of back wash, running the bridge, operating & maintaining the sluice valve for removal of sludge & back washing the filtration unit. The contractor has to employee the operator & laborer for smooth functioning of filtration unit as per general condition of contract. The running & operation of clear water pump house consist of operation of various machinery existing in the pump house of if any will be fixed in future in addition of already existing machinery / DG set in PH during the contract period. The contractor will provide one nos. mobile phone in pump house of Raw Water Pump House in filtration unit, clear water pump house in each shift for 3 shifts for communication / receiving/ delivering the massage to the operator etc. the employee of the machinery as per massage given by the representative of Engineer – in – charge from various boosting station/ water treatment plant. Including work for maintenance of water supply scheme of Sector-2, 6, 7, 9, 9A, 10, 11, 12 & 13, Bahadurgarh including attending day to day complaints, maintaining proper water supply, repair of leakages, maintaining record of complaints etc. and including the cost of T&P/ spares required for the work complete in all respect. The contractor will maintain the record / log book of working machinery, generator, and consumption of chemicals etc. as per requirement & direction of Engineer – in – Charge. The complete work for running & operation of Raw Water Pump House, Filtration Plant and Clear water pump house, sludge sump wells, providing for testing physical, chemical analysis of Raw Water Pump House & Clear Water Pump House etc. at water treatment plant, Sector-7, Bahadurgarh will have to do by the contractor with entire satisfaction of Engineer – in – Charge. Contractor/ agency have to deploy following manpower (minimum) for operation and maintenance of main water works sector-7 and water supply of Urban Estate, Bahadurgarh 4 Nos. W.P.O. 1 Nos.
