Providing R.C.C 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Columns as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, shuttering charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete (But excluding cost of steel reinforcement).

Providing R.C.C 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Grade beams as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, shuttering charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete (But excluding cost of steel reinforcement).

Providing steel reinforcement for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, galvanized binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site using.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using Fly ash Bricks of size 23x11x7cm for basement and super structure as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the open portion with suitable colour for PVC open light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including all materials, lead, lift, transporting, labour charges, T&P, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 feet LED fitting with LED of Philips / equivalent make on wall / ceiling as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing name board of required size using 40mmx40mmx6mm outer frame and using 16 G. M.S sheet and providing 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle for fixing the name board including 2 coats of painting, over one coat of red oxide primer,as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including all materials, lead, lift, transporting, labour charges, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing MS compound gate and compound safety grill as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including all materials, lead, lift, transporting, labour charges, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of orranamental gate pillarLED 9W light (LED) with water proof light doom as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including all materials, lead, lift, transporting, labour charges, T&P, etc., complete.
