Charges for Inspection and Servicing of control panel, indicator and circuits of 100 tonne capacity Electronic Weighbridge with 8 nos. of load cells installed in the ash dyke area for wet ash measurement.

Charges for calibration & obtaining Annual statutory stamping for the weighbridge installed in the ash dyke area from the Assistant controller of Legal Metrology, Salem inclusive of providing necessary assistance.

Charges for dismantling the Monitor, CPU, Printer and other allied system, through cleaning, assembling and putting into service and checking the computer system of the Weighbridge for 1 time (once in 2 months)

Charges for cleaning of mud and ash deposits over the load cell and load cell chamber. This work includes removing the cover plate of load cell chamber, remove the mud, ash deposits and fix the cover plate. Cleaning of mud and ash in between the platform and ramp and ensure free movement of weighbridge platform. Including T&P’s and consumables etc.,

Charges for painting with one coat of rust converter, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy high build coal tar one over the other with proper intervals over the structures, weighbridge platform and supports including cost of Material for rust convertor, epoxy red oxide and coal tar paint Cost. (Material will be of contractor scope).
