1. Technical Evaluation shall be carried out under the following criteria:

i Entity The bidder must be a certified Acquirer Bank under NETC program. The certification should be validas on the bid due date. Consortiums,orJointVentures are not allowed to bid. i. Undertaking signed by Authorized Signatory of the Bidder on its letter head (Annexure– 1) AND ii. Copy of valid certification by NPCI or any supporting document by NPCI.

ii Relevant Experience FASTag Acquiring Service The bidder should have the experience of ETC integration and providingserviceasanAcquirerBank for at least 20 Highways Fee plazas under the NETC Program i. Self-Certification signed by Authorized Signatory of the Bidder on its letter head (Annexure – 5) BRPNNL reserves the right to verify the data/information with NPCI, if deemed necessary.

iii Undertaking of Blacklisting The bidder should not have been blacklisted or debarred by any government department/agency/PSU for material non-performance or contractual non-compliance in the last 3years as on bid due date. i. Undertaking signed by Authorized Signatory of the Bidder on its letterhead(Annexure–3)
