OLD SCHOOL BUILDING 1) Daily sweeping the Auditorium and washing the area with water. Washing with liquid soap / phenyl twice in a month, preferably on the Second Saturday and last working day- including removing the cobwebs twice in a month . 2) Daily sweeping and mopping the floors with phenyl water and disposing off waste as directed. Principal’s Room, Head-Mistress Room, Staff Rooms, Office Room including removing cobwebs twice in month. 3) Daily sweeping all the classrooms and other rooms not covered in item number 2 above and mopping twice in a week with phenyl and liquid soap .Disposing of waste collected as directed- including removing the cobwebs trwice in a month . Corridors are to be swept and mopped daily twice in a day.

4) Daily mopping the toilet thrice a day - with phenyl water two Times and one time with plain water as listed below: Including cleaning and washing glazed tiles , wash basins urinal pans, commodes and channel with proper cleaning materials like Harpik etc. Cleaning Wash basins mirrors with suitable cleaning powder /cleaning agent and scrubbed with brush etc. glazed surfaces should first be applied with thin paste of cleaning powder / agent and rubbed uniform / with cotton waste/ plastic soft/ sponge for complete cleaning in locations inclusive of all cost of materials, tools and labourers for carrying out the above cleaning etc. completely as directed by the School authorities for the following toilets: Ground Floor Staff Toilet (ladies) Staff Toilet (Gents) Toilet in Principal’s Room. Girls Toilet Boys Toilet First Floor Girls Toilet Boys Toilet - Including removing the cobwebs twice in a month

COLLEGE BUILDING / NEW SCHOOL BUILDING: 5)Daily sweeping all the class rooms and other rooms and corridors and stair cases of newly constructed building block (college building) and mopping twice in a week. Disposing of waste collected as directed-including removing the cobwebs twice in a month. Daily cleaning the toilet thrice a day, two times with phenyl water and one time with plain water as listed below: Including cleaning and washing glazed tiles , wash basins , urinal pans, commodes and channel with proper cleaning materials like Harpik etc. Cleaning Wash basins mirrors with suitable cleaning powder /cleaning agent and scrubbed with brush etc. glazed surfaces should first be applied with thin paste of cleaning powder / agent and rubbed uniform / with cotton waste/ plastic soft/ sponge for complete cleaning in locations inclusive of all cost of materials, tools and labourers for carrying out the above cleaning etc. completely as directed by the School authorities for the following toilets: Ground Floor Boys Toilet Girls Toilet Prep-Section - Two toilets First Floor Boys Toilet Girls Toilet Including removing the cobwebs twice in a month and Two semi-skilled with 10th Standard pass certificate labourers for supervising the work done on day to Day basis and to report to the head of the institution.

Notes: i. One operation means carrying out the activities as listed above by providing minimum Eight unskilled Labourers. Atomic Energy Central School, Yelwal, Mysore, is a co-educational institution with requirement of six female labourers and two male labourers among eight unskilled labourers and two semi skilled male labourers with qualification of 10th Standard passed. Total labourers requirement is ten. ii. Mode of measurement: Measurement will be per day operation basis. iii. Mode of Payment: Payment shall be made on prorate basis of job. iii. If the contractor engages less than total number of labours required for that particular day. The amount shall be recovered as given below from the contractor monthly bill. a) For absence of labours up to 10 numbers per month, the Payment shall be made on prorate basis of job completed. b) For absence of labours more than 10 numbers per month, 25% of additional recovery on latest minimum wages shall be considered in addition to the prorate basis payment. iv) "The contractor shall ensure payment of minimum wages and the financial offers shall comply with the minimum wages. If the quoted cost is lesser than the minimum wages cost, the offer will be summarily rejected."
