Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for except brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl. item No.4 above but except stone

Extra for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses

Taking down cement mortar/plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonary work or surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation to plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard dense soil.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast fencing posts, stuts etc area exc 100 & not exc 250 Sqcm including form work etc complete all as specified:- (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

S & F 10mm dia TMT bars and over cut to length bent to shape required including craking bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia of wire or secruing with clips all.

All as per srl. item No 19 above but 6mm dia and over up to 8mm dia in stirups, spaces etc complete all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire

Supply only 10mm dia, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long machine made mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with one washer and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Flat iron for securing wire mesh to be provided is to measured in this item. 2. Machine made screw bolt 10mm dia exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this Schedule as supply only .

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type (B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains benching etc even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Note- Rate includes for reinforcement cutting as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L for providing RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, slab supported on wall, beam, lintels including form work etc as directed by Engrs in charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) Set in cement mortar1:4 , 30 mm thick (measured solid ), including all mouldings but excluding frame as directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as a plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset Plate, rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and door fittings necessary rivetting/welding cutting up complete steel conf. to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 all as specified and directed. (Note :- Distrubed surfaces of wall shall be made good to true surface.)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floors, apron etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size. 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick Rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment, including 15mm thick scred in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 60 mm thick Rubber mould with strength 35 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreates) set in CM 1:6 as in cover slabs (for manhole etc) & simillar articles with plain faces complete (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil up) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.76,800/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
