Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil.

M&L providing Cement Concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 ,1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate)complete.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6(using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified.

M& L providing Cement Concrete cast in situ type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings and similar work .

M&L Plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished fair&even w/o using extra cement in CM 1:4 on walls complete.

Returning and filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm as in hard / dence soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Excavation of pit not exc 1 cum (0.9x0.9x1.00 m) in any type of soil including removal and filling back the pit with suitable growing media i.e. Red earth/sandy soil etc mixing with Biodegradable manure, vermi compost, neem cake (Manure 5 kg, vermi compost 2 kg, neem cake 1 kg per pit) treating the edges and soil with BHC 10 % Linson dust, Thimment and Phorate as per manufacturer instructions and making up the trench area by half filling with red earth & balance mixing with the above manures filled and making up the trench area to proper levels, including supplying and planting following saplings of species (each not less than 1.5m height) as approved by GE.

M&L for earth work excavation in any type of soil avg to a depth of 30 cm to a true surface as directed and removing the soil to a distance not exc 50m, filling the area with using red soil of approved quality brought from outside the MD land 25 cm thick, mixed with Biodegradable menure, vermi compost, neem cake (2 Kg manure, 1 Kg vermi compost, 0.50 Kg neem cake per Sqm), treating the soil with pesticides(i.e., Bavitin, BHC 10%, linson dust, thimment and phorate as per manufactures instructions, applying chemical manure super, 19:19:19 (as per mfg Instructions) incl turfing/ laying of Korean feathered carpet grass ready made of approved quality turfing side by side Without undulations and depressions and ramming the surface and maintaining by regular watering weeding gap filling with skilled labour etc complete all as directed by the Eng-In-Charge.

Notes: (a) Red soil shall be got approved from the GE before incorporation in the work. (b) Red soil shall be brought from outside the MD land.

Edge plants: M& L for excavating in any type of soil up to 450mm wide and n.exc 450 mm deep and getting out removing to a distance not exc 1 Km with in the station, filling back with red soil of approved quality mixed with dairy farm manure, vermi compost, neem cake, ( 3Kg manure, 1 Kg vermi compost, 1/2 Kg neem cake per Mr.)Treating the edges & soil with pesticides (Bavitin, BHC 10%,Linson dust thimment and phorate as per Mfg Instructions), Making the top 15 cm surface with chemical manure , 19:19:19 as per Mfg Instructions, including planting of hedging and edging plants, such as golden duranta/Acalifa Aspra (Red leaves) etc of 0.30m height and 0.30m apart in single row, all as approved and directed by GE.

M&L excavating in any type of soil 450x450x450mm and getting out removing to a distance not exc 1 Km with in the station and filling with red soil mixed with dairy farm manure, vermi compost, neem cake, ( 2Kg manure, 1 Kg vermi compost, 1/4 Kg neem cake per pit)Treating the edges & soil with pesticides (Bavistin, BHC 10%,Linson dust thimment and phorate as per Mfg Instructions), Making the top 15 cm surface with chemical manure , 19:19:19 as per Mfg Instructions, including planting such as golden fern, Almonda, Hybiscus, Ixora, Golden nandivardhanam, Acacia purple, Tobibia, Cesalpenea, Miniature golden bamboo, Ariecea palm, Dracenia etc of not less than1 m ht as approved by GE and maintaining by regular watering and weeding etc. all as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Rotationally moulded polyethylene water storage tank(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified of capacity 500 Lts including ball valve.

Maintenance of arnamental plants/trees/lawn/hedges etc., for a period of one year by using the provided watering system and chemical measuring with system such as drip irrigation/ sprincler system etc. and applying vermi compost , neem cake, pesticides & micro nutrients as per Mfg Instructions once in a every three months as directed by the Eng-In-Charge. Water shall be issued by dept as per contract condition.
