SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. T-4 AT AF STATION CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) CHANDIGRAH

Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm of broken stone or boulders , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 75mm thick (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates and finished the surface rough to provide adequate bond for the topping as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete ,25 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregatesd topping as in sub base finished even & rough to receive the bedding mortar in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and fair in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12mm.Quoted rates are inclusive of use and waste of formwork and to devide the area in panels.

Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in ramp including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and covering concrete in any position not otherwise specially provided for removal all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.8.00 below.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement sand mortar 1:4 in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.8.00 below.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius (except bricks) built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of item No.06 ,07 and this item shall be used under this item after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Use & waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats(rough finished surfaces of concrete), treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concretewalls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab of concrete such as roof slabs, floor slabs, cover slab, shelve, landings and similar works n.exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping); with rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
