M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The cost of nuts, bolts & washers for jointing to the members of trusses shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate by tenderer. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvalume zinc coated GI based corrugated sheet shall be 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness), 550 Mpa minimum, yield strength. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified and shall be fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers all as specified and directed. Notes : Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in the work. Irrespective of manufacturer's test certificate, Independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and galvalume sheets with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work and the quoted rate is deemed to include carrying out necessary tests and submission of reports. Contractor shall submit the test reports alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be made against this item and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

M&L for Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4-6mm in thickness fixed or laid/ inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium frame work with screws along with Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling Size of grid 605 x 605mm all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement/adhesive and fixing at site on PVC/wooden frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR complete all as specified and directed. Note : PVC Fillets shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exceeding 6 sqcm and not exceeding 13 sqcm including tarring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx20 to 22mm thick set & jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for day to day petty repairs works like repair/dislocked bib taps/Angle cock, adjustment of float valve in flushing cistern, PVC water tank, repair to water tightness of pipe (15mm-25mm), cleaning of air pressure vacume in water pipes and free for fixing of bib tap , flushing cistern received from MES store and other plumber related petty works as and when required to attened complaints as per complaint cell complete all as specified and directed. Note : One plumber alongwith helper shall be be deployed by the contractor for the period of 08:00Hrs as per required base.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c ) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm over primer. (d) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutane gas using torch with minimum 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap as per manufacturers instructions. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 10.20 Kgs/Sqm . (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg /Sqm dusted over bitumen. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted Rates. Security from total amount of roof treatment work. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in the work. Independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work and the quoted rate is deemed to include carrying out necessary tests and submission of reports. Contractor shall submit the test reports alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be made against this item and nothing extra is admissible on this account.
