Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.including taking down fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets,lamp holders, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, any type tube light fittings/building security light fitting etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium submain wiring any type and size / socket or power unserviceable materials complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan complete in suitable with synthetic enamel paint by spraying incl filling cavites with filler,one coat after cleaning all dust etc & re-fixing at the same location complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour code as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with multistrand copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade ISI-694 marked with valid CM/L No. drawn in existing concealed PVC rigid non metalic conduit, including replacement of mild steel modular sunken box including inner/outer sheet and fixed concealed covered etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continiuty conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete for one light point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch. (Note:Modular switch /socket and fan regulator deem to be measured and paid seperatly)
