CLEANING OF OVERHEAD TANK, UNDERGROUND SUMP, JACKWELL, LEAKAGE REPAIR INCLUDING PAINTING OF OHTs STEEL WATER TANKS, PIPELINES AT AF STN DIGARU.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC OH Tank of capacity (50,000 gallon X 4.54 = 227000 Ltr) including applying two coat of food grade paint (to be approved by engineer -in- charge) in inner surface by involving the following six (6) stage of cleaning process (Loaction- SMQ) : (a) De-watering by high pressure submersible pump all complete. (b) Removal of sludge from sump (c) Cleaning of walls, floors , ceiling etc. by high pressure jet pump 80-180 bar pressure. (d) Removing dirt and sludge by vaccum pump . (e) Anti - Bacterial Treatment of inside of Tank which is effective against all pathogens. (f) Sterilization of the Tank atomosphere by UV radiation inside of the Tank. Note- Dewatering pump of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor. Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at a distance of 50 mtrs away. Tank shall be made avaliable for cleaning for a period of 08 hour only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/T&P to complete the job with in the given period only. Any damage occurred to the tank during the process of cleaning the same may be repair by the contractor at his own cost. Complete video of cleaning process shall have to be submitted by the contractor of RAR payments. Any by-pass arrangement required to be made with rising main and delivery during cleaning works shall be contractor's responsibility.

M&L for treating the outer surface of RCC overhead tank complete including all CI/DI and MS items of capacity (50,000 gallon X 4.54 = 227000 Ltr) in following stages :- (a) Rubbing, scraping, repairing ,minor cracks and chipped of plaster and concrete with rich cement plaster, filling wallputty to give even and smooth surface of outer existing concrete, plaster or un plastered surface of over head tank including staging. (b) Scraping surface with sand paper of all CI/DI/MS items like inlet pipes, over flow pipes ,outlet pipes wash out pipes, sluice valves, NRV, gate valves, Air release valves, bracing, bracket, ladder, grill, railing and all surfaces of steel and iron items with in the fencing area of over head reservoir. (c) Providing two coat of exterior emulsion paint to surface under sub para(a) above complete all as specified and directed. (d) Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint to all MS, CI, DI items surface prepared under sub para (b) above complete all as specefied and directed. Note- Rate includes for marking date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning on tank.

M&L for Cleaning of jackwell from bottom by means taking out solid sludge to be disposed outside MOD Land from the starting point, White washing to complete internal walls and floors of chambers and painting to hand rail complete all as per specified and directed. Size: 10 meter depth and 6 meter dia approximate. (Location: RSPH)

M&L for cleaning of semi under ground RCC raw water tank capacity 225000 ltrs by removing all the mud silt etc from the floor/walls by wire brushes and washing the surface propely incl applying two coats of white wash on the cleaned surface copmlete all as specified and directed Note- Dewatering pump of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor. Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at a distance of 50 mtrs away. Tank shall be made avaliable for cleaning for a period of 08 hour only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/T&P to complete the job with in the given period only Note- Rate includes for marking on tank - date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning and white wash / Paint of tank outer and inner surface existing colour. Any damaged outlet / inlet connections during the process shall be replaced by contractor at his own cost. All as per item No. 14 here in above but filtered water tank of capacity 10000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 here in above but cooling tower water tank of capacity 30000 ltr on roof of B-6 bldg complete all as specified and directed

Removing of existing /old gravel and sand from iron filter media of water treatment plant and deposting at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and cleaning filter chamber and wall surface throughly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel of size between 15 mm to 25 mm etc. complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and filling of filter media using BARKARA corase sand of 16 to 32 mesh etc complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for Painting of existing iron filtration plant 02 Nos and flocculation chamber two Nos at new filtration plant HQ area including connecting all pipe lines and painting of suction and discharge pipe line valve control with scraping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coat of synthetic enameled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces .

M & L for cleaning and removable of all scale/ mud/ dirt etc. from tanks by bleaching powder (Grade-I quality appox 250Gms) and the mouth of rising/ distribution pipe etc for 500 ltr capacity tank and marking of following in English block capital letters on the surface of the tank in synthetic enamel white paint not exceeding 10 cm height:- (i) DATE OF CLEANING

Description all as per item No 21 above but 1000 ltr capacity tank using 400 gms of bleaching powder (Grade-I quality).

Description all as per item No 21 above but 250 ltr capacity tank using 200 gms of bleaching powder (Grade-I quality).

M & L in replacement of u/s butterfly valve 100 mm lever operated IS 13095 including nut, bolt, gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.
