Supplying and erecting in position of following liters capacity Industrial Model Reverse Osmosis Water-cum-Purifier to deliver Potable Water with World Health Organisation (WHO) Standards with following accessories. (a) MS Skid - 1 No. (b) Media 11054 No. Vessel with 20 nb Multiport Valve (with Media Pubble and Fine Sand and Activated Carbon Filling) set (c) Feed Pump 0.50 HP – 1 No. (d) Vertical Pump 2-9, 2.00 HP / Single Phase – 1 No. (e) Membrane 40 x 40 filmtech (or) equilaents / Osmonic (USA) - 1 No. and Membrane Pressure Vessel 40 x 40 -1 No. & Pressure Gauge - 2 Nos. (f) Flow Meter - 1 No. 20” Filter with Housing - 1 No., Low Pressure Switch - 1 No., Level Switch - 1 No. & Necessary CPVC Pipes and Fittings. The system shall be provide with Two Panel Control System with necessary Stainless Valves and Fittings and Float Control etc. The rate should be inclusive of all civil works, wherever necessary to install the System in position and intact. 2000 Ltr Capacity Unit

Supply and fixing of HDPE tank with approved quality and approved firm with including cost and conveyance and handling charrges and providing 3 nos of 20mm tap connection with check net washer nipple arrangement and 1 Nos of 25mm scour and 32 mm for over flow pipe etc compelte. 1000 Ltr Capacity

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except sand and rock such as hard stiff clay black cotton shales murrums hard red earth etc with all lead and lift and depositing on banks as per SS 20 B etc complete

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supply fabrication and errection of MS steel roofing works using IHS including cost of steel sections fabrication and fixing in position etc complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of MS steel Dors including cost and conveyance of all materials fabrication charges conveyance charges and fixing in position etc complete

Supply and fixing of MS steel windows including cost and conveyance of all materials fabrication charges conveyance charges and fixing in position etc complete

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (4 points per coil) (SD 22)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earthwire connection of 14SWG TC wire for open plug point (SD 32)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit SD 125
