Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted work in drain, boundary wall of different height built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Scaffolding if required is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate of the item.

All as per ser item No 2 above but walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Serviceable stones obtained from demolition of stone masonry shall be reused in the work.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block using PCC (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 4 above but except solid blocks setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm below or above ground level complete all as specified and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, type D1, (1:4:8) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in paving / plinth protection, hardstanding laid in panels and joints filled with mix of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre painted rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver blocks (prepainted, rubber moulded) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade of approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of levelling of finished tiled surface with vibrator compacting machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 10 above but except interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Interlocking tiles as obtained from Sl item No. 9 shall be reused.

Material and labour for sand filling under trenches as in cushioning including consolidation for laying of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Mining sand / stone dust shall be of approved quality and should be free from lumps / broken / flaky aggregate.

Material and labour for prepainted rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles (prepainted, rubber moulded) of size 25cm x 25cm x 25mm / 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for factory made special shaped rubber moulded precast machine pressed kerb stone (rubber moulded) using M-25 grade concrete including dismantling of existing kerb stone of any type / description and necessary earthwork and set in CM (1:6) including disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The shape and size of kerb stone will be approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in coping, benching, bed block etc and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete in (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar work including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete in surface channels and drains type B2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint to new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain / nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate and other similar waste material for smooth flowing / functioning of storm water and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of roof top surfaces of any type / description, height by removing tree leaf any other similar waste material carefully to avoid damage of existing roof treatment including cleaning of rain water pipes of any description and any size for smooth flowing of rain water and removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting scrubs / plant / flora and fauna on wall girth not exceeding 100mm from brick wall by cutting holes into masonry / walls for digging out roots and dosing Sulfuric / Phenolic Acid as per manufacturer's instruction to burn deep rooted tree roots and making good the disturbed area with cement mortar in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete in (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trought and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface and priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and as directed.
