Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Credit item for taking away of Dismantled Concentina Coil from airport premises to out side including transportation, loading and unloading complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas within AAI premises (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and filling available earth obtained for subgrade, embankment, depressions as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm (loose) in depth. Including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer, complete including leveling, fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of excavation, carriage of avaliable earth upto work site for all leads and lifts and compaction . Payment shall be made for compacted quantity only.)

Deployment of front end loader cum excavator (JCB) for multiple activities like removing debris, rubbish / levelling of ground etc. as per direction of EIC.

Deployment of tractor along with trolley attachement i/c. driver, fuel & fooding for multiple activities as required as per direction of EIC.

Providing and applying white exterior grade putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing suitable Passenger vehicle (not more than two years old) for cyclinder capacity of minimum 1400 CC, either petrol or diesel driven including driver during the progress of work. The cost shall be inclusive of hire and running charges of vehicle including fuel, mobil oil, driver and maintenance of vehicle. Log book shall be maintained at the office of Enigneering-in-charge. The vehicle provided shall have commercial license. The monthly hiring charges shall be based on vehicle movement limit of 1800 Kms per month and 10 hours per day. Payment shall be made on pro rata basis depending on actual mileage logged on monhtly basis through RA bills.
