P/L in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and Reinforcement All Work up to plinth level1:3:6 (1cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth: Cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)

Applying of 15 mm thick Cement Sand Plaster In 1:6 mix

P/L of 50 mm thick Cement Conc Flooring of Mix 1:2:4 using 20 mm agg. Incl steps

P/L in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and Reinforcement All Work up to plinth level1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (Slab+cantilever beams)
