Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified ans directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels & drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole covers and the like duly placed on manholes with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for First quality, glazed ceramic, straight cut/joint free, 6-7 mm thick colored tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.17 sq.m but not exceeding 0.19 Sq.m, on vertical surfaces such as dado etc over & including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone and drainage channel of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells with mechenically pumping set and draining including removing the same outside MoD land in closed tanker etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering semi solid sludge from sewage sump wells and drainage out/lifting the sludge with pumping sets collecting/filling including removing the same outside MoD land in closed tanker etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out thick/solid sludge (sedimented sand sludge/grit ,ash rages , fibres and springe material etc) from septic tanks & STP line including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well with high jet water presuure with mechanically operated high pressure pump with water tanker including removing the same outside MoD land in closed tanker etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the over head water tank and then cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid and refixing the same in same position without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing “cleaned on ..... .... (Date, month & year)“ format with white painting complete including removing of all previous writing all as specified of following capacity:-

Cleaning of static water tank by puming out all water with puming machine of capacity upto 50000 gallon and removal of all silt / rubbish,alkali, fungas small trees etc complete cleaning etc and after cleaning and writing “cleaned on ..... .... Cleaning of sewage sump well by using pressure pump/ sewer sunction machine or honey suckers machine and taking out sludge from sewage sump well including disposal of sludge in pit outside the MOD land and covering the top with a layer of 25mm thick earth filling compacting leveling complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of drain / Nallah (cross sectional area n exc 1.5 Sq.m) by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any type of vegetation and desilting all deposit of soil and other material to have a free flow of water and to get a uniform trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil outside MOD area at authourised dumping site declared by local administration etc complete.

Removing existing cover slab and re-fixing the same after cleaning of drain/Nallah properly without damaging the cover slab complete.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, ceiling or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
