REPAIR OF MOLASSES TANK

Supply and Fabiracation and errection of 6" dia(150mm dia) C-class M.S Pipe including cost of welding rod, cutting, gas and also fixing the M.S flange, nut bolt, packing valve complete in all respect(New C-class TATA/JINDAL make M.S Pipe, flanges, nut bolt, warsher, packing, etc., shall be provided by contractor.)

Supply andFabiracation and errection of 4" dia(100mm dia) C-class M.S Pipe including cost of welding rod, cutting, gas and also fixing the M.S flange, nut bolt, packing valve complete in all respect(New C-class TATA/JINDAL make M.S Pipe, flanges, nut bolt, warsher, packing, etc., shall be provided by contractor.)

Supply and Fabiracation and errection of 2" dia(50mm dia) C-class M.S Pipe including cost of welding rod, cutting, gas and also fixing the M.S flange, nut bolt, packing valve complete in all respect(New C-class TATA/JINDAL make M.S Pipe, flanges, nut bolt, warsher, packing, etc., shall be provided by contractor.)

Supply and Fixing of coil at a range upto 10m height including cost of Labor for bending 2" & 3" dia M.S Pipe and also making drill hole for Spraying Water on the wall of Molasses Tank and also fixing flange & valve including cost of labor to hire charges of machine for drilling hole and welding and placing at Site complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. only labor rate

Electric welding Including cost of welding rod of approved quality and labor T&P..etc., on Old joints with weld machine including hire charges of machine and cost of welding rod, etc., Complete….. As per DSR No. 10.22

Dismentelling of Warnout M.S Plate and Structure including shifting of material from the site ….. Fed rate

MS Work in Heavy Sizes including cost of all material, labour, welding rod, gas, M.S Plate of requirewd size….. As per DSR No. 10.2

Dismentelling of existing damaged water coil and other pipeline 4" & 6".
