Execution of work under Minor Civil and Electric work (Conservation of Ancient Monument) to Structural Repair and other Development of Southern Block of Rani mahal Jhansi.

Execution of work

Provision for removal/dismantling of roofing of teracotta tiles (Khaprails) including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters and stacking of refused within 50 mtr for further disposal of the same out of municiple limit including all the labour, material and T.& P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and laying of 0.8mm thick G.I. sheet over wooden skelton, including refixing of damaged wooden battons which will be about 50% and making 25x25 mm hollow pipe frame @ 50 cm c/c than laying of teracotta tiles (Khaprails) with mortar of ratio 1:4 cement and C.Sand. etc complete in all respect including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for removal of damaged False celling. Including all the labour and T & P required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm center to center, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm center to center, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm center to center, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm center, with 25mm long drywall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of drywall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete.

Provision for dismantling of ruined /damage flag stone flooring of thickness 50 to 75 mm nominal size laid in lime or cement mortar including removal of ruined cracked, damage base concrete, stacking of serviciable material as flag stone which may be about 40% for reuse in flooring work and stacking of refused with in 60 mtr for further disposal of the same out of monument by mechanical transport including all the labour and T & P. required proper completion of work at the site.

Earth work in excavation by manually in foundation including dressing, levelling , ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 mtr etc complete.

Providing and laying of lime concrete under fundatation and floor base with Stone ballast 20 to 40 mm nominal gauge 1st class with 50% of lime mortar of ratio 1:1:1 (Lime:Surkhi:C.sand) with mixing of gur/sheera, dry gum , dry belgiri etc) Ratio of concrete may be said as 1:1:4 lime, surkhi coarse sand and brick ballast. Including mixing of concrete, laying, ramming beating and compacting etc. Including all the labour , supply of material and T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and laying of flag stone flooring with 50mm thick flag stone matching with original color and texture over 20mm thick bed of mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, surkhi and c.sand with mixing of gur/sheera, dry gum, dry belgiri etc. Joints of floor not more than 5mm thick . Including pointing with same ratio of mortar as above and making proper leveling and gradient. Including all the labour, supply of material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for plain and simple moulded (as edges of doors etc) lime plastering work of 20 mm nominal thickness (15 to 25 mm) with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, surkhi and coarse sand with mixing of gur/sheera, Dry gum, Dry Belgiri etc including removing of dead, decayed and salt effected lime plaster work and racking of dead mortar from joints and washing and cleaning of surface carefully . Plaster work to be executed in two coats as required. Including all the labour , supply of material and T&P etc. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for dismantling of ruined, out of plumb brick work laid in lime or cement mortar, including stacking of serviciable material as Bricks for reuse in masonary work which will be about 50% and stacking of refused within 60 mt for further disposal of the same out of municipal limit by mechanical transport. Including all the labor and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for first class brick work in super structure with lime mortar of ratio 1:1:1 of lime surkhi and C sand with mixing of Gur/Sheera dry gum, dry belgiri etc. Including all the supply of material labor and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for painting work on wood by two or more coats synthetic enamel paint, one priming coat after carefully cleaning of surface. Including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for Removing of wooden Door/Window clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing of Door / window Chowkhat (frame) single rebate with wood section 150x62 mm with second class sal wood with making proper size shape. Including all the Labour material and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Providing and fixing 35mm thickness Sal wood Panelled doors (approved class sal wood) with all required fixtures as hinges, handle, towel bolt, locks etc. Including all the Labour material and T&P required proper completion of the work at site.

Provision for repairing of 35 mm thick wooden door, iron door, window and ventilator by replacing of damaged wood, iron and fixtures. Wood should be used sall wood well seasoned and repair of door as per original fixed with all the fixtures and fitting. Including all the labour and T. & P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for making of masonry tank of size 2.50 x 1.50 x 0.90 mtr for slacking of lime, mixing grinding of lime mortar for conservation work. tank will be made by stone masonry, cement concrete etc. Including all the supply of material labour & T & P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for cartage and disposal of refused (from dismantling, malva, garbage etc.) from monument to out side of municipal limit. Including loading, unloading cartage, disposal etc. Including all the labour and T.&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.
