M & L for plain cement and concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation or in any situation as require and directed.

M&L in repair for LT underground Cable, including taking XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 16 Sq mm 4 core, with aluminium conductor, including taking up old unserviceable cable ISI marked as per IS: 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

M & L GI tubing of 50 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

M & L GI tubing of 80 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

M&L for boring holes 1mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

M&L for replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long with initial coating of red oxide primer and siliver paint after fixing and necessery clamps/brackets incl taking down existing old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 5 KW ,three phase automatic Street Light timer switch for automatic switching on/off street light based on lux level of nature light, consisting of sensor overload protection fuse gear, power contactor & MCB of suitable capacity, terminal blocks for cable entry & control unit enclosed in pole/Wall mountable elcosure made out of rust proof, shock proof, termite proof FR grade SMC, conforming to IP 66 with universal lock and key arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge Make: kakatiya energy system Pvt Ltd Cat No. Swadeep 66-02EC-5KW 3P or equivalent in Havells/GE

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron all as directed.

M&L for taking up/lifting of submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20 HP with unserviceable cable of any make and capacity from deep tube/bore well (of any depth) after providing lifting tools and tackles complete as required at site, carefully disconnecting of all electric connections, water connections in and including dismantling of column pipe lines shaft (of any size and length stage by stage) and keeping them aside under safe custody for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for lowering of repaired submersible motor and pump assembly complete of any type/size upto 20HP capacity with submersible cable of any make and size complete in deep tube/bore well of any depth coupling with pump and motor, in and including connecting and lowering of old or new column pipe line shaft of any size and length (stage by stage) carefully with the help of necessary tools and tackles, reconnecting of all electric and water connections with new nuts bolts washers and rubber gasket and testing on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Column pipe if required will be measured and paid under relevant supply only item.

M&L for transportation of defective submersible pump 10 HP to 15HP capacity three phase set to workshop dismantling the same incl disconnecting electrical connections decoupling 440 volt AC submersible motor pump set of following capacities, dismantling the motor,taking out burnt winding wire from the stator, cleaning of the casing and the stator with wire brush, rewinding of motor with superior quality copper winding wire of existing size including varnishing an drying, cable jointing and repair replacement of worn at parts of pump reassembling the same with motor installing the motor and pump , reconnecting all pipe and electric connections and testing on full load complete. Note: Spare parts replaced shall be measured & paid seperately under respective supply only item of schedule. Cost of rewiring and winding materials is included in item rate.

M&L for complete servicing of chemical dosing system by cleaning all components, replacing any damaged item, drilling hole in pipe and fixing NRV injection valve and connecting it with high pressure discharge tube to dosting system avoiding any leaks with suitable arrangements and testing after completion all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: all items required to be rerplaced will be paid seperately under supply only items)

Supply only injection valve (NRV) to protects againt backflow and generates optimal pressure all as directed
