Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to any, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge, within any lead. (HSR 4.14.1)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, upto any lead & lift (Based on HSR.4.32)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, complete in all respect. (HSR.6.1.6)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 with stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect. (HSR 6.1.7)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform (HSR 6.30.3)

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete (HSR 10.10.1) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Raised and cut pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (HSR.11.27.2).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 : 6: 12 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size complete in all respects with . cement mortar 1 :6 (HSR.7.83.1).

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ retum wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V 20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications (HSR 27.15)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level (HSR 6.33.3) Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.(HSR 6.33.3) Cold twisted bars.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. (HSR 6.2.2) 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Notes:-1. The item for which no rate or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed to be covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities (Refer: ITB Clause 13.2 and Part I General Condition of Contract 39.3). 2. Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupees [ITB Clause 14.1]. 3. Basic rate mentioned in the BOQ are inclusive of all taxes (including GST, Duties, Royalties, cess etc.).
