Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of different makes of Split type / Inverter split type Airconditioners by carrying out monthly servicing including repair/replacement of all defective parts and other associated components/ accessories such as compressor, cooling coil, blower condenser, refrigerant gas charging, refrigerant piping and insulation, thermostat, electronic parts like PC Boards, sensors, transformer,transducer etc and electrical parts upto socket outlet etc., along with voltage stabilizer with original/company repaired parts, labour charges etc. attending breakdowns as and when required, at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares complete as required to keep the Equipment in serviceable condition as per Special Conditions and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Split A/Cs of various capacities (both indoor, outdoor and piping ) transportation and handing over to AAI store etc as required. (Note: Item shall be executed as and when required as per site requirements and as per the instruction of E-I-C)

Installation of existing Split A/Cs of various capacities (both indoor, outdoor) including transportation from AAI store to site etc as required. (Note: Item shall be executed as and when required as per site requirements and as per the instruction of E-I-C)

Providing and fixing copper refrigerant line of suitable size for above units including insulation on wall / surface etc.as required. (Note: Item shall be executed as and when required as per site requirements and as per the instruction of E-I-C)
