SITC of ST Pole 8 Mtr Long (ST-410 SP15) with galvanized channel earthing arrangement including loading, carriage and unloading upto site(as and when required)

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming of ST Poles 8 mtr long in the ratio 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.45 cum/pole

Supply and Fixing of GI Pole Support Clamp including GI Suspension / Tension Clamp (Anchor clamp / dead end clamp) with eye hook suitable for LT ABC of 50 sq.mm Bare neutral messenger for 11 Mtr Pole with size - 50x8x376 mm 9 mtr pole with size - 50x8x376 mm 8 mtr with size 50x 8x 332 mm 8 mtr or 9 mtr PCC with size 50x8x441mm

Supply and Fixing of Cable tie (each packet contains 100 Nos.)

Supply, installation and fixing of Galvinized Nuts and Bolts.

Providing and fixing of LT Spiral earthing 125 turns SWG for ST poles 8 mtr long

Painting of ST Poles 8 mtr long with 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coats of aluminium paint

Supply and fixing of Piercing connector of suitable sizes (35-70 sqmm) for ABC to ABC Tee connection and ABC to SMDB insulated and insulated branching and bare and insulated branching in case of neutral messenger including all accessories like cable end caps etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase SMDB (Service Main Distribution Box) IP54 made from 20 SWG CRCA MS sheet by Deep drawn method with connection terminals for R,Y, B & N as per specifications. Internal size of the box shall be 225mm x 285mm x 120mm used for connection through ABC line and for giving connections to the consumers 3phase-1 incoming 4 outgoing I/C- 1, O/G-2-4 (200 A, 0.415 kV) for RYB Phase. The DB should have Bottom entry of Cable with proper Glands/grommets-Safety Screws and Back Clamp suitable for 11/9/8 Mtr ST Pole or 9/8 mtr PCC poles with Nuts/bolts. The job also includes disconnection/reconnection of consumer energy meter and aluminium lugs, if required.

Dismantling of existing ACSR Conductor and LT Shackle Insulators along with U Clamps including Transportation its carriage / Loading / unloading from site to Divisional Stores.
