Removal of old SS Sleeve from existing line shaft, supply and fitting of new Shaft Sleeve of 50 Cs VT pump with balancing
Removal of old GM gland bush from stuffing box and supply and fitting of new GM gland bush in the existing stiffing box and providing new gland plate for 50cs pump
Insertion of new rubber PU bush in diffuser (02 No.) and bellmouth(01 No.) of 50 Cs. Pumps as per existing size of rubber bush(Size 65mmX95mmX145mm) and repair of pump body holes if any in HSMITC make pump
Cutting of damaged MS coupler socket from existing line shaft and supply & fixing of new MS coupler of suitable length and dia with boaring and threading work for 50cs pump
Replacement of line shaft with coupler and shaft SS sleeve of 50cs pump
Repair of line shaft of 50cs pump by metal filling, turning work, grinding work, balancing work
Repair of damaged impeller shaft for 50cs pump (Alloy steel, ASTM 743A CA6 NM) by metal filling, turning work , cutting of threads etc including balancing work on lathe machine as required.
50 Cs. VT Pump Y-Body Repair/Replacement and welding work etc. complete including balancing/alignment work (as per site requirement)
Credit of old iron scrap (Actual weight of old scrap will be measured by the committee) Old scrap/parts shall be property of firm.
