Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 220V DC motor of capacity 6.9KW and above of value not less than Rs. 12.52 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in the preceding five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24).As a proof of this, the agency shall upload the work order copy and the corresponding work done certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations/public/private sector or project head is to be uploaded in the technical bid. (Work done of shall be given weight at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level).

The intending bidder shall be an original Equipment Manufacturer/ OES/ Authorized agency of 220V and above DC motor. OEM should upload company registration certificate/OES should upload Authorization certificate from OEM / Authorized agency should upload dealership certificate of OEM.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.25.01 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) during the preceding five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24).As a proof of this, bidder shall submit certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid.
