Name of Work: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of LED FLP fittings, Non-FLP Fixtures for existing High Mast & new 5 (Five) Nos. High Mast Towers and FLP Control Panels including allied cable & Civil works at Haldia Terminal - A under West Bengal State Office.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2020-21/PT-04 ;E-tender ref : 2020_ERO_114770_1 Important Notes: 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format 3. Rates in the BOQ/SOR are inclusive of all Taxes, Levies, royalties, etc except GST. The Goods and Service Tax (GST) will be paid extra as applicable from time to time as per Govt. rule ( presently GST rate is @ 18% ).
