Providing and Fixing SEFA -8/10 Compliant ‘C’ Frame System made up of 60 mm x 30 mm rectangular pipe of 2 mm thickness, with Frame having 3 projecting pipe sections of 60 mm x 30 mm with thickness of 2 mm on the back;with the leveller at the bottom. All frame work must be pre - treated with superior pure epoxy powder coating of 50 - 60 micron. L-705 mm x H - 880 mm x D -30 mm. The C - Frames should have enough strength for suspending storage cabinets capable of fully carrying the load of worktops. Its superior strength combined with aesthetically appealing end caps shall give maximum flexibility and modularity while making a layout. Providing & Fixing Horizontal Connecting Sets should comprise of 4 elements.One Front Connecting Beam & One Back Connecting Beam, each made up of 2 mm thick Sheet formed in a “C” section (Pipe use is not acceptable), Beams are removable. One Bottom Skirting type connecting Bar of 160±10 mm height, & One Centre Beam should be placed between Back Beam & Skirting Beam. Together with the C Frames & Horizontal Members connected together, the skeletal structure of the work-bench is formed on which the worktop can be placed & the hanging-type storage cabinets can be suspended. Supply & Fixing of Storage Boxes made up 100% Epoxy Powder Coated CRCA Virgin TATA ® make Sheet, powder coating thickness of 50 - 60 microns,Sheet Thickness of 0.90 mm for Shutters & Drawers. All Modules should go in Knock Down condition & assembled & fitted at site. Shutters must have exposed S.S.-304 butt hinges with Rotary Catcher closing mechanism (preferable with PP rollers to have longer life). All joinery Hardware is to be of SS-304 Bolting systems. Providing and fixing of all side cover panels and back panels, filler panels to be made from CRCA MS panels of minimum 0.8mm thickness with pure epoxy powder coating. Size : 185 mm x 835 mm with 15 mm bend on all sides.( Make : Herma Miller, Wipro , Rockworth, Godrej, Space Design India, Kawaunee, Wardner etc.)

Providing and Fixing electrical sockets procured from NORISYS/ LEGRAND/ ROMA/ ANCHOR GREATHWHITE or equivalent should be placed on the face of the Regent rack.

Providing and Fixing of the worktops is 18 mm ± 2 mm Jet(Z)-black Granite of an even surface. The exposed edges of the granite should be chamfered and smoothened. Granite should have packing of 6 mm x 30 mm Neoprene underneath so as to have dampening effect and better absorption of vibration.
