SPLY FAB.OF CRNR — Supply & fabrication of corner facia:3.9 m long silver corner facia + 560 mm form PET G The length of the corner facia includes silver facia plus PET G material ( spine) portion as indicated in the clause no.1.1.6 of general instructions for canopy signage. The width / length of the corner facia and form PET G (spine ) dimension will be guided by the clause no.1.1.6 of general instructions for canopy signage. The ACM to be cladded on supporting MS framework. The fabrication of the supporting frame, cladding of silver facia in ACM material and forming of PET G material shall be made as per the drawing given in the tender. The drawing enclosed in the tender are indicative. The detailed fabrication and shop floor drawings shall be developed by the vendor and submitted to HPCL for approval. Approval for fixing of canopy structure should be obtained prior to execution of the job. Peel - off protective film of ACM to be removed at site after final inspection. Rate to include supply, installation, testing, commissioning of LED lighting along with suitable power drivers incl.cabling ( Detailed data sheet & typical arrangement is enclosed. However, the vendor shall submit the design document of LED module arrangement based on the data sheet for each element& approval of the same by HPCL site in charge). The PET G spine shall be pasted with Vinyl in approved colour.
