Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below and above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations laid in layer not exceeding 15 CM thick including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as spd.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and surface channel of drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per item No. 8.00 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm bore (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing morter from and cleaning brick, obtained from demolition built in cement morter, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 150 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete cover slabs (for drain/ man holes etc) and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc. 15 cm deep as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in sub floors, coping, surface channels, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
