Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven generating set 62.5 KVA, 50 KW, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine complete with integral acoustic enclosures as per latest Indian Standards of central pollution control board and as alternator with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel, sound proof canopy with AMF pannel and PCC foundation of required size for DG set as per manufacturer's instructions with GI tin shed for protection of panel and DG set from rain water complete including the following :-

A. ENGINE :-

(i) 4 cylinder, In-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled engine.

(II) Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities fuel economy with In line fuel pump with electric governer.

(iii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling and exhaust pipe

(iv) Radiator

(v) Coolant inhabitor

(vi) Plate type lubricant oil cooler

(vii) Spin-on fileters coolant, fuel & lubricant oil.

(viii) Dry type heavy duty replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator.

(ix) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel suit single bearing alternator.

(x) Electrical starter motor

(xi) Battery charging alternator.

(xii) 12 volts 180AH ESE battery with multi standared copper cable for connecting wire and terminal complete

(xiii) First fill lub oil.

B. ALTERNATOR :-

(i) Self exited, self regulated.

(ii) Voltage regulation plus/minus/percent.

(iii) Class 'H' insulation

(iv) Silent pole revolving field.

(v) Digital automatic voltage regulator.

(vi) Noise level 75 dBA@ /meter

(vii) Telephone interference factor .50

(viii) Total harmonic factor better than 2%

(ix) Supplying power to variable electrical load for unlimited hours. Prime power (PRP) is in accordance with ISO 8523. 10% overload capacity for 1 hours every 12 hours of operation and will be suitable tropical conditions.

C. FUEL TANK :-

(i) Fuel tank suitable capacity for 12 Hrs on full load with provision for supply and return lines, level indicator, drain valve, cleaning cover, vent pipe & locking devices shall be provided.

(ii) Fuel pipe line from fuel tank to FIP of suitable size.

(iii) The fuel tank has to be mounted / located in side the cubicle.

D. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :-

(i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB-II norms 75 dBA @ 1 meter.

(ii) Air inlet louvers to be designed to operate at rated load even at 50 degree centigrade air inlet temp. Four point lifting for easy handling.

(iii) Cubical to be powder coated for long lasting service life and super finish with UV resistent powder coating, it has to with stand extreme environment. Has to be use stain steel hardware.

(iv) Insulation material conforming to IS 8183 speces for better sound.

(v) Genset control unit with integrated E-governor helps in reading all genset inputs and controls the genset GCU help in monitoring of following parameters, Controls the engine speed, supports auto mains failure (AMF) functions for 3 ph genset, low fuel level, support manual control (MCP) functions for 3 phase genset, Measres Genset, Measures Genset Voltages and currents, Measures electrical parameters like frequency, Power factor, Generato, KVA, KW, KVAr, Monitor critical engine safety parameters, Starts/Stops the genset, Have counters for genset start/stop, run hours, KWH, power factor

(viii) Genset shall be fully automatic ie auto on when mains fail and auto off when mains on complete

F. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL MANUAL OF PLANTS - 01 SET SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY CONTRACTOR ALONGWITH THE FOLLOWING :-

(I) Test certificate of Alternator.

(ii) Test certificate of Diesel Engine.

(iii) Test certificate of Gen Set (by OEM).

(iv) Test certificate of Acoustic enclouser.

(v) Rubber mat.

Note : (a) Provision of PCC plateform as per manufacturer guidelines/specifications and shall be of required size. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Nothing shall be admissible on this account

(b) Testing of the DG set shall be carried out by the rep of the accepting office/IEM

(c ) The contractor shall submit the drawing for approval of the GE before procurement of the DG set

(d) Resistive load whether water load or strip heaters of suitable capacity and POL/DHPP for testing of DG set to be made available during test by the contractor. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

(e) The DG set shall be procured from authorized OEM and of same group. The accoustic panel shall also be manufactured by the same OEM

(f) Anyother details not mentioned above but is required for efficient functioning of DG set is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

Note : (i) Lowering pipe and cable will be measured and paid saperately.

(ii). Contractor shall carry out the yeild test and cost of yeild test shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(iii) Prior approval of the accepting officerwill be obtained if there is any change in specification of pump set.

(iv) Discharge of pump will be decided according to yield of bore well by accepting officer.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor flat weather proof cable for submersible pump set of size 3 core 6 Sqmm 1100 volts grade including necessary water Proof connection to submersible pump of cable lead complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI colomn pipes for submersible pump , 3 meter standered length as per IS heavy duty grade 50mm dia ISI marked with long GI socket complete. for holding and fasting the colomn pipe including jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star delta starter suitable for submersible pump of over load current rating 17-25 amps with phase falilure, phase imbalance, phase reversal short circuit protection including voltmeter, ammeter with ON- OFF trip indication and dry run preventor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Centrifugal pump and motor set eleectric driven, 415 volts, 3 phasse AC supply, 50 Hz suitable of discharging capacity 4000 to 4500 LPM, having head 30 mtr inclusive of fully automatic star delta starter of suitable capacity, with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
