Cement concrete (1:3:6)with 4cm size hard granite crosser broken metal in foundation including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Brick work with Flyash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C-M-25 using 20mm and down graded chips laying & lowering concrete watering curing etc complete including cost of Steel Centering and Shuttering including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Columns upto Plinth)
