ARRIVAL CAROUSELS Design, Manufacturing and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of following equipments / components of arrival conveyor system and conveyor layout drawings, including supply of required length of power, IT network and control cables from control panel to various drive units, including accessories as per technical specification

Manufacturing and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of heavy duty race track slat type inclined arrival baggage conveyor of loop length measured along the centre line, useful width 1200mm (minimum), having slope angle as given in technical specification and speed of 24-30 metres /min (approx). Conveyor shall have die cast aluminum chain block, friction type suitable capacity drive unit compatable for soft starting mechanism, slat shall be made of 2mm thick (minimum) stainless steel sloped plates with protective/ epoxy covering and suitable dimensions with 3mm thick minimum M.S./ alluminium sheet painted slat support having loading capacity of 60 kg per meter linear, with stainless steel side covering toe kick plate, trim / facia finish, emergency stop push bottons, chain track etc with all other accessories as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system as per technical specifications and site conditions etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of motorised fire shutter as per site requirement in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non passenger area), limit switches, wiring & integration with control panel etc for arrival BHS complete in all respect including supply & fixing draught curtain in the opening wherever conveyor passing through the wall, including supply and laying control and power cables up to control panel completion as required & as per technical specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Transport conveyor (Straight / Decline) as per requirement useful belt width 900 mm (minimum) including IE 3 motors, drive units as required, including supplying & laying power and control cabling upto control panel and wiring etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Queueing conveyor as per requirement useful belt width 900 mm (minimum) including IE 3 motors, drive units as required, wiring, including supplying & laying power and control cabling upto control panel and wiring etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications.

Manufacturing & Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of PLC based control panel incorporating switch gears, suitable soft starter / VFD mechanism with field device wiring to panel, consisting of protective deivces against overload, earth leakage, emergency stop push buttons and other components suitable for operation & safety of Arrival conveyor system including wiring for Fire Shutter doors and including supply and laying of required length of power and control cables for power distribution for the Arrival conveyor system and as per technical specifications.

Operation & All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of complete Arrival Baggage Handling System (For Item No. 1) including all consumable and manpower required for troubleshooting, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of manufacturer and instructions of engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state.
