Earth work excavation in ordinary soil in road embankment with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 (1’-0”) in depth with all labour, Cess and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random Rubble stone masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size i.e.not less than 40 kgand quality and from approved quarry including splays, cutting circular moulding & similar such type of work with neCessary projections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curring etc. complete including cost and conveyance of materials with alland royalities and labour with T&P & Cessrequired for the work etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge but excluding cost of E.C.Bags.

RCC work of gradeM-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance,and royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cess in all respect but execluding cost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Straightening,Cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per drawing and design including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S rods and binding wire with all labour T&P and cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered as measurement of M.S rods) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

1st class Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using clamp burnt bricks of 9inch size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (3/4") thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) to stone masonary after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges,Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Priming one coat over wall surface with approved primer to give an even shade including cost of primer, labour & materials etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
