Supply and fixing the following worn out parts of self priming Centrifugal pump set 7.5HP installed at STP complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) CI impellor

(b) Oil Seal

(c) Ball bearing of suitable size

(d) Mechnical water seal of sutable size

(e) Star type pump motor coupling complete

(f) NRV Rubber slap with sheat

Disconnection and taking out of UNSV Butterfly valve and supply and fixing new Butterfly valve cast iron of the following sizes:- (a) 80mm dia

(b) 50 mm dia

Supply & filling ENKLO 320 or equivalent oil for lubrication of air cooled compressor

Material and labour for cleaning of RCC equilisation tank of approx size 5.5mx8.0mx5.5 m of STP by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom andremoving te complete slit/sludge dirt from the tank and dispositing away exc.1.5 KM and n.exc 5.0 KM from site as dorected.scrapping tha tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank inner walls and bottom by applying anti-bacterial spray completely including applying one coat of white wash to entire tank externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- (a) The rate deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required foe disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site.(b) The cleaning of tank shall be performed once in two months as per manufactures recommendations.

All as per Sl item No 5 above but for treated water tank of size 8.0mx6.0Mx3.5m

M&L for carrying out chemical analysis BOD,COD,TSS.pH & O&G,NO2, HCL,FC test and all other parameter of treated sewer water of STP from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of testing and collection of water samples in sealed PVC container at STPs

Removing old filter media coplete of size 1/8 to 1/16.1/16 to 1/32 inch sizes complete in layers of sludge drying beds of size 4x2.50x1.4m scrapping the internal surfaces of sludge drying beds with wire brush and cleaning with blaching powder slurry,cleaning with fresh water including applying one coat of white wash on external surface of sludge drying bed and refiling up with new fiter media in layers all as per maufactures/reommendations/exsiting including teting and commissioning etc. complete all as directed. Note - ew filter media woll be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only aggregate filter media for STP(as per existing ) complete of size 1/8 to 1/16.1/16 to 1/32 inch size complete in layers as perexisting complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Cleaning of E/M Installations yard ( STP) by cutting bushes,shrubs/cleaning grass and other wild growth trees with grass cutting machine including all necessary T&P and accessories,petrol, diesel upto satisfaction level all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for rewinding to induction motor 3 Ph of any make with supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and quantity including insulating materials ie varnish , sleeves etc complete all as directed for the following capacity of entire motor :- (a) 3 HP

M&L for removing all paint by removers or burssing off by blow lamp and cleaning with scrappers any number of coats any width or grith/description and painting with two coats of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per colour including writing pump No. and capcity of the pump with white paint all as direted by Engr-In- Charge for the following capacity of plant installed at suranussi area :- (a) 03 to 7.5 HP

(b) Air compressor including motor

(c) LT panel boards

(d) Piping control valves for STP

(e) Suction delevery pipe line upto 150 mm dia

S&F in repairs pressure gauge (0-10 Kg/Cm²) including necessary specials and provision of suitable ferrule etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in Nutrients Jaggery 500 Solution alongwith the urea 100 & DAP 50 to obtain the desired MixedLiquor suspended solids (MLSS) and mixed liquor volatile suspended solid inside the eactor in quantity as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and diercted by Engr -in- charge

Periodical load testing and greasing of flame proof EOT/HOT cranes of capacity 3 Ton single/double girder for all motion i.e hoisting traverse, cross travel and longitudinally in full loaded condition, testing including preparation of surface by cleaning /rubbing /scrapping as required complete painting with two coats of synthetic enamel yellow paint of existing color using spray gun and marking SM No etc complete all as specified and directed. (The load near one end shall be provided by the Department and be transported to other end and again brought back to the first end is contractors responsibility).
