Hire & labour charges of temporary water proof decorated pandal with slope roof structure with sal bullaha post of approved size with bamboo runner covering the roof with water proof tarpaulin fitted and fixed in position complete but including cost of supporting frame work.the ceiling should be covered with decoretive cloth and wooden batten 900 mm c/c in different level of the ceiling height with eve board supply and fastening necessary sign board of including jhalore of edge of the pandal,and covering vertical post and wall with batten and cloth to make uniform shape etc as per direction of Engg in charge including all taxes..

Hire and labour charges for erection of dias (VIP & Cultural), including ramp & staircases made with wooden board finish fitting with iron post bracings, iron fream & connecting with staircases for iron structure & railing with handle on staircases as per direction.

Hire and labour charges for supply of synthetic carpet at different places as per direction.

Backdrop of the dais fitted with designed flex on wooden frame with cloth on back side..

Hire and labour charges for errection of low height wooden platform with plywood and necessary runner bracing of suitable section includind all other meterials and incidental charges complete as per direction.

Erection of bamboo frame structure for setting the hording, Banner etc supported by bamboo truss and erecting by vertical post upto 4.0 meter height includind all other meterials and incidental charges complete as per direction.

Erection of Pandal for Police and medical camp & stall Erection of Pandal for emergency service personal camp ( medical camp,Police Camp, Press, and Fire Camp) with necessary dressing of ground as per direction. The roof of Pandal should covered with water and fire proof tarpaulin (Ceiling height 3.60m) including all taxes

Hire and labour charges for 100 mm dia bamboo railing on 150 mm dia Jhau/Eucalyptus or other approved timber posts each 2.0 m in length, tied 2 number post strongly with coir ropes in the fashion of a scissor with a spacing of 1.8 m over pacca road without damaging the surface and tying strongly 3 (three) rows of bamboo railing on each leg and 1 (one) railing connecting all the top junctions including cost of loading unloading, stacking & carriage of all materials and labour complete, clearing the site as per direction of Engineer in charge after removing the barricade. 100mm. dia bamboo railing & 150mm.dia Jhau/Eucalyptus/other approved timber posts with 1.8 m spacing. (ii) Railing 3 row on each leg and 1 at pivot point.

Hire and labour charges for providing "Drop Gate" with 15cm dia salbullah of length not less than 8 meter including hoisting and fitting fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical posts (100 mm dia 2 nos on each flank embedded 750 mm below G.L) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron block at the fulcrum end including painting two coats in alternate band providing 'STOP' plate, jute rope of necessary length etc complete including dismantling and removal as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
