Taking out/ cleaning/ sludge/mud/silt from manhole, septic tanks of any size and capacity manual or mechanically including dewatering septic tank and manholes when ever required including removing of sludge/mud/silt in a closed container vehicle to a distance outside MD land and buried in pits by making necessary excavation for filling of sludge and covering by earth on top properly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out muddy/ sewage water from soakage well/ soakage pit by using of mechanical sewage/ mud water diesel pump set of 5 HP power and disposed off it through delivery pipe of required size more than 50m away from soakage pit/ soak well complete all as specified and directed . Notes for item No 1 & 2 :- (a) Sludge/mud/silt shall be measured before taking out from manholes/septic tank. (b) All labour and T&P i.e. mechnical sewage/mud water pump set, diesel, transportation of pump set from one place to other place, suction pipe, delivery pipe and manpower etc required for above work, shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (c) The contractor shall provide suffecient labourers (minimum 1 highly skilled & 3 skilled labour at the daily basis) for the above works and they shall report daily to AGE B/R jassai, in the morning at 09:00 AM and in the evening at 05:00 PM. (d) Based on complaint received daily, complaint slip will be issued to the contractor accordingly. After completing the complaint, user's signature shall be obtained in complaint slip by the contractor and handed over to the complaint cell, AGE B/R Jasai (concerned JE). (e) If a labour or supervisor / contractor does not comply with the orders of concerned JE and Engg-in-charge, the contractor shall be responsible for such carelessness, as well as on the basis complaint of the concerned JE/AGE, the penalty will be recovered from the contractor bills for the irresponsibility of which to recover rate will be determined by Accepting officer.

Removing of blockage from WC/floor trap/Nahani trap and line up to 1st manholes by opening grating and refixing after removing all greese, muds,sludge,silts etc complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of sewage pipe line of 150 mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole and flushing with water, after cleaning and refixing the man hole cover complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage pipe line of 200 mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole and flushing with water, after cleaning and refixing the man hole cover complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth,for foundation,laying of sewar line etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of any dia, set in cement mortar including PCC in bed and haunching against side including removing debris and rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipes, with collars, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crused stone aggregate as in bed to 150 mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipe or reinforced concrete drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry walling built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.
