Supply,Laying and testing 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bended,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standed aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of Cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25cm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thick -ness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for)

Supply and laying for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class HV, Type - I, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT cable jointing of any sizeand type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology upto the depth of 2 to 10 mtr and necessary machine including insertion of HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-64 (12.00 metres long) all as specified.

S&F for 100 mm dia HDPE pipe, PN-10 for cable protection on pole/wall/floor or in trenches and drain /culvert etc. complete with necessary clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, sockets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB cable of size 3-core X 95 sq mm + 1 X 70 sq mm all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AIuminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sq mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AIuminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sq mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AIuminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sq mm

Surface dressing/cleaning of installation/sub station area by removing of grass, creepers, bushes cutting etc. in fencing and surrounding area of installation building complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, including taking out existing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm dia HDPE pipe, PN-10 for cable protection on pole/wall/floor or in trenches and drain /culvert etc. complete with necessary clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, sockets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting the road/hard standing (hard/dense soil) at the road crossing for the fixing of pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for the fixing of pipe at road cutting portion complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing of lightening arresters set ( Set of 03 nos), non linear 12 KV, metal oxide type, distribution class 5 KA rupturing capacity for outdoor use with conforming to IS : 15086 PT- I of 2001, complete and suitable for 11KV supply system including taking down the old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for switches air break switch, gang operated, triple pole, 11000 Volts grade and current rating up to 400 Amps, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator of size 150 mm dia and 150 mm hight and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level having 3 Nos 11KV Post Insulators per phase with locking arrangements etc. and equipment shall be confirming to IS 9921 (Part I to V) including necessary electrical connections after taking down the old unserviceable GOD switches with all parts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Single disc assembly with disc insulator, porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type white , brown or green for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

M&L for Two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces by spray painting external surfaces of steel tubular poles (HT/LT)/GI pipes /Panels at various Sub stations with approved colour code complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Colour code of eqpt/substation VCBs /Panels area for painting at shall got approved by GE

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm earth lead by means brazing after fixing of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron steel, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x 6 cm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion after taking down old earthing complete all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground or on wall all as required and directed by Engr-in-chrg.
